MISSION
The mission of Dot to Dot is to connect people globally through arts, culture, and the humanities. At the heart of the company is the conviction that together we have better and more equity-forward democracies and communities when we understand more about one another’s histories, voices, and traditions. The cultural field has proven time and again to be an effective way of respecting our differences and gaining new perspectives.

By providing strategies to build and sustain cultural businesses and artistic practices – through excellent organizational management and resource development – and catalyzing opportunities for international exchanges to cross-fertilize our learning and inspire community engagement, Dot to Dot can help expand positive social impact through the arts, culture, and humanities.

By engaging the services of Dot to Dot, clients will benefit from depth of experience, a global mindset, and a skill for making cross-cultural connections and catalyzing strategic partnerships. CEO Julie Fry strength lies in the reputation that she has developed over many years for consistently delivering excellent results within and between different countries.

VALUES
At a time when people can access anything they want online and GPChat artificial intelligence is gaining momentum, Dot to Dot offers personal connections and problem-solving, with eyes and ears on the ground to best understand a client’s needs. As an international cultural connector, CEO Julie Fry has a competitive advantage with experience in the global arts and culture sector, along with a well-established track record as she pivots from an organizational position to an independent contractor role.

Fry's professional career, volunteer roles, and personal interests have focused on supporting the arts and humanities as a means by which people and communities express and understand history, culture, and each other. By lifting up the stories of the past and present residents in communities, by amplifying the voices that are seldom heard, by connecting those stories and voices to the historic layers of the built environment that evolve and change over time, we can help create a sense of belonging that will better serve people. We are stronger as a society and a democracy when we can live together more equitably and creatively.

Fry has had the opportunity to live and work in a diverse array of cultural centers, each different from each other: Minneapolis (Minnesota) in the US Midwest; Houston (Texas) in the US South; Liverpool, England; and the San Francisco Bay Area in the Western US, before moving to Paris in April 2023, and she values the perspectives that living in different places provides.
